I always thought it would be great to be a grandparent. The problem is you first have to be a parent, which, unfortunately requires more than a few hours of investment

er, for some of us guys it was more like just a few minutes. At least that was my wife's complaint. <ggg>

I guess I get a similar experience as an older brother and an uncle. I can get a lot of the fun parts of being around kids without having most of the responsibility.

Still I would like to have kids someday but nowhere near as many as my parents, or even my older sister who has 6. More like 2 or 3.
