Rich, To view your official account positions: Start at "Accounts" tab, under the Accounts Summary click on the account you want to view, you will now be on "Balance Details" - one of the first lines is "Securites" and right next to it, real little in parenthesis is "see positions" - that's were you click to get your official account positions. I have to admit, I couldn't find it either and that was a real stupid way of getting to it. It was much more accessible using the old site. As far as the options page, I believe you, but I wouldn't know because I rarely trade options. I have found that the best way to get an answer from them is via email - try it and keep sending them emails until they get it fixed. Good luck.
