Look at all the fancy stepping still going on. The French judge did, then didn't, then made it up, then was forced into it. Some of the judges that were slammed for vote fixing at Nagano are active again in Salt Lake. What they really need is a cold hard look from outside. Any eventual solution should be able to withstand some kind of audit process. at least in the beginning.
