Many people pooh pooh my favourite Blackhawk but I've just checked it's chart on SH against NGT and over the past year BHK is up over 60% and NGT is down about 12%. Admittedly over 1 and 2 months NGT has done better, due to the promoters perhaps.http://www.stockhouse.com/comp_info.asp?drawChart=1&originalSymbol=BHK&originalTable=list&advanced=1&chart_symbol=T.BHK%2Cv.ngt&priceDisplay=2&duration=1y&ustudy=&MA=NONE&MApars=&lstudy1=&lstudy2=&Submit.x=0&Submit.y=0

That's where i'm at with Novagold, somebody mentioned it near a year ago, seemed attractive because of their cash equivalent in that land, but it just always seemed a little expensive ... even three loonies ago -g- ... my fault for not checking it out in depth, and judging correctly the market reaction to come

But you can't have all the girls ... got several great ones that have done as well or better in percentage since tax-loss time, so it goes

Sleeper is comparable to Salamandra in size of reasonably-estimated resource and in blue sky potential, imho, both big camps .... market caps not as far apart as it would seem at first glance either, ngt/aas have together not much more outstanding than xcl, current market cap only half again as much, roughly ... other similarities like future payments to property vendors, need for financing, etc ... distinct management styles for sure, but i think of them both together

loantech - that was only two houses selling the ric.to today, Bunting and Scotia ... don't know why, but i suspect that if material damage to the company had appeared, selling would be more widespread ... ? ... not an outfit i know in depth beyond public releases, and i've sold enough to cut the acb down, so not particularly worried, that was likely just kneejerk reaction to a PoG retrace ... also, ric had a gap to fill on the chart, just about filled now

Stephen - the ngt story of this last year is quite distinct from that of bhk, it got tanked bad last March on financing concerns, very iffy there for a while ... but, coming out of that now with things more nailed down, and most of us present are in from under .20 where it was getting dumped in tax-loss .... no question there's promo on it, but there's value to the project too, aas/ngt together have market cap of maybe ten millions US, well Salamandra is worth more than that imho, all things considered like payments to pdg and capex etc ... promo is fairly helpful to the business plan as well, each financing going off higher than the previous ... i hear ya on Black Hawk, hold a very few and have taken no profit yet, just a different kind of story that's all, it'll do fine over the longer term ... you never know when any of these gets a sexy bit of news, or gets picked up by a group like the Gata bunch, or a NLW ... cheers
