Kaka - well, some hits and some misses recently. Referring back to last October, Message 16569962
I made out fine on the puts, that was a gift. Had to roll the Dec calls at a loss into Mar 30s, but that position looks like it will shake out OK now. I had some dicey moments in January holding on the Feb 30s but was not called so that closed out fine.

As you say, there are no good call sales at the moment, and it's not low enough to sell puts with any confidence. So I have not taken a new call position on the half I don't have covered. If DELL drops closer to 20 I might sell some May 20 or 22.5 puts, since I would take the stock at that price anyway and it just subtracts the premium from my basis. If DELL makes a run at 30 again I'll probably sell May 30s, but maybe 32.5s if DELL looks strong. As long as the premiums are under a buck I'll hold my powder. I don't want to sell a lower strike since the predicted strength in the second half makes that a risky proposition.
