Point well taken, but as I've said before on this thread, let's not mix up *real estate investors* with home buyers or home renters.....it screws up the discussion of a potential *real estate crash* by mixing apples with oranges.

Real estate investors (and commercial real estate investors and agents) use an entirely different jargon that is foreign to residential real estate brokers, agents and buyers, and those folks are subject to an entirely different tax code.
