Even then they where not one organization. More of a loose alliance. And they are not always so allied. The Soviet Union had border wars with China. Vietnam and China have also fought each other. And a communist terrorist in the US might have no connection to any outside country, and if he does have such a connection it is unlikely to be with all of them. I agree with you that communism is an evil idea, and that it was put in to practice in evil ways, and even that the people who have put it in to practice have cooperated, but they are not one organization.
