I do understand the accusations and they are complete hysteria and hogwash. However, I'm willing to listen. Tell me about it. Can you name any specific off-shore partnerships? Is Cisco syphoning debt to those partnerships? I doubt it as Cisco has almost no debt incurring activities. Are they somehow hiding losses through an unknown commodities trading firm? I doubt it, since they aren't in that business and there is no indication whatsover of it. As far as derivatives, what derivatives? How are they generated? What are they trying to hide?

In your answer, please try to stay away from conspiracy theories and point to facts on their SEC documents that shows without a doubt that they are engaged in this kind of chicanery. Without that kind of proof, it's just speculation and fancy, and not very original I might add.
