I think terrorism existed before communism so they did not invent it. I don't know what relevance Arafat has to this discussion. Even if they did invent terrorism they are hardly the ones to practice it, and if they did invent it it would not mean that either all terrorists, or all communists, or even all communist terrorists are part of one organization. I am not saying that communists have not used terrorism or that they might not use it against us in the future. Tim
