Now, suggesting I am looking for a negative interpretation, absolutely implies a lack of objectivity and honesty. Come on man. If you are doing it intentionally it would show a deliberate lack of objectivity. I'm not sure I would call it dishonesty but I can see where you are coming from saying that it might be. I was thinking rather that it was not intentional and thus no where near dishonest. That perhaps you have had to deal with many people on SI who do try to cut you down indirectly and so you sometimes feel it is happening if there is only the most vague hint that it is so. I fully admit that the feeling that I had that you were doing this may not accurately reflect the reality of the motivations for your posts, it was just the feeling I got, because you seemed convinced for awhile that I was calling you a fascist when I wasn't even hinting at anything along those lines. I wasn't saying as much that you lack all objectivity, let alone that you are dishonest. My implication was more that you where a bit too touchy at least in that one conversation. I myself have problem been prickly or touchy at times. Its often more a temporary emotional feeling then it is a long term defect of character. Tim
