That document was publicized and had something called, for example: "EXERCISE LEARNING POINTS" The secret document I linked you to said, basically, "How can we terrorize the American people into giving us more money and the go-ahead to invade another country in peacetime? We'll kill people, injure people, destroy things, blame others, and see if it works." A slight bit of a difference. It took 40 years to get that document to see the light of day. There are more to come. If that's what your post was referring to. That's like the difference between : (a)you and your hunting buddies secretly making a written plan to kill your neighbor by burning him in his house and frame the paper-boy, and (b)telling your neighbor you're going to have a fire-drill. Perhaps you don't see the difference. That's the problem in this country -- people think assasination plans are fire drills. Now, we're getting some where...!
