Not to worry on JPM's counterparty risk.... they are only 43% of the total open interest in all derivatives and all those nasty numbers you see are "notional" amounts. In reality only hundreds of billions are at stake. And the only ones the insurance companies are balking on are ones where delivery was never intended.... that can't be more than 99% of the total.
