In an impulse( five wave move) the 4 must not enter the price territory of the 1. "overlap"

Here is my current count, pretty bearish, at least after a bounce.

As for the macd, looks alright to me; It hasnt confirmed any uptrend. Whenever you get a big drop in a short perod of time macd will trend sharply downward. IE the moving averages will diverge, the faster ones will point more sharply downward than the slow ones. When the downtrend slows they will converge. It's just a measure of trend strength.
