the rule of war is the strongest wins... ...how old are you, about ten years old?
I'm old enough to know what happens to leaders that think they can fight a war without rules. It was well defined at Neurenburg. Milosevich is claiming his actions were an anti-terrorist campaign against evil-doers.

Bush isn't planning on invading North Korea.
story.news.yahoo.com

Just what was the use of this axis of evil designation then? Did he misspeak again? Maybe he meant that North Dakota was part of the axis of evil for electing Democrats to the Senate.

Maybe North Korea should be removed from the axis of evil and just added to the axis of delinquents. Bush not only has no goals in this war, he has no clues.
