Now you are being ridiculous. Off-shore related companies all have to be disclosed through the SEC. If Cisco had minority interests in any company, that would have to be disclosed (and is routinely). For you to say Cisco is doing something illegal and have no proof whatsoever is just plain irresponsible. With Enron, they were doing illegal things all the time and it was plain for anybody to see, if they knew where to look (the hiding of losses as commodities trades, the offloading of debt to related partnerships, the booking of employee travel through Lay's sister's travel agency, etc.).
