In the example that you gave which shows your e-mail as the sender and the receiver, it sure looks like somehow you send that e-mail to yourself.

The address shows only the spammer's address, not Patricia's.

The message was probably sent by the spammer to himself and sent to Patricia and others on his list as a blind carbon copy. That way the receivers' email addresses don't show for all others that receive it to see. I don't think there is a way to see these addresses.

Patricia: The only way I can think of to tell which account these are sent to is to manually download from one account at a time. In OE: Tools - Send and Receive - choose the account.
