Better to love and lose than never love at all, IMO. I definitely agree with you there, Karen. But even in matters of love, there are dangerous people out there, especially for women. I played the "personals" game for a while after I was divorced, and I was amazed at how trusting some women could be with a complete stranger. Some would provide a lot of personal information over the phone to a person they knew nothing about. I warned some of the women I talked to not to have so much faith in human goodness. Sad to say that we live in a society with predators on the prowl. JC
