Well, I think one has to consider the QQQ options rather than "put them aside".

Mar OI p/c is a bearish 1.38.
Mar OI p/c around the money for $30-$40 is 1.81!

Today's volume p/c for $30-$40 has slackened off some to .80

Max-pain-wise, a close between $37 and $40 would do damage. That's well above where we are.

H&S measurement is down to $26 or so. Personally, I don't like the looks of that as a good H&S, but it was formed at a top and I am respecting it.

Dman thing is still well above the .382 retrace on would expect as a minimum pullback. In other words, it hasn't given very much.
