skeptical that there are countries who are trying to develop weapons Oh heck NO! Every country in the world probably wants to develop big bad weapons, well maybe not New Zealand, but the others do. I just don't think the way to combat this is to slap sticky notes on the countries, evil axis one day, not evil enough the next, and all the while ensuring that the countries will remain as distrustful of the world as possible. We're in more danger that our President will do something really stupid than the North Korean leader doing something stupid. TP
