I'm having a small problem. I installed a CD ROM and a CR-RW on the same computer. I have the jumpers set at slave and master. When I boot up it shows both drives, but when I try to play something on the CD-ROM, the computer says there is no CD-ROM on the machine. Should the jumpers on both drives be set to cable select?

I am using IE 5.5 / Windows 98 SE. I would imagine that people who have a dial-up Internet connection and have to pay for the time that they are on the Internet would find it very helpful. Most people don't want to pay for the time to wait for a site to download unwanted advertising.

By the way, I re-enabled SurfinGuard a couple of days ago. I applied an update that was available (under SurfinGuard Settings) and so far I haven't experienced any more conflicts with Naviscope. I'll let you know if I have any more problems with it.
