fundamentals ARE prevailing.
and they are against you.
this company still sports an insane $ 30 billion market cap relative to its meager $ 2.7 billion in annual revenues.
whatever bright future QCOM has, it's been *already priced in* for some time.
it's descent since that glorious parabolic blowoff top being so slow, longs had all the time in the world to realize that and sell, if only their underwater positions and these "fundamentals" were not clouding their good judgment.
the best shot longs have at this wounded whale steadily rising again, is if everyone suddenly forgets about its scant annual revenues and begins to treat it as a pure trading vehicle bidding its market cap to the heavens, but that can only happen if the chart looks good and that is not the case, the 2 recent inconclusive black hammers on the chart notwithstanding.
