Why ask me? You do it any way you want. You get a cable connection or DSL or you lease a T1 or fractional line. Of course the cable or DSL provider requires that you tell them that you are letting your friends on the network or setting up a WLAN WISP service . . . but somehow that slips by unnoticed here and there} ; ^) Some groups have gotten local government sponsorship to get T1 or better (fiber optic trunk) feeds to the Internet. How do you want to do it? You can find out and ask others what they are doing on the various users groups. that is also a resource for cheap equipment, home brewed antennas, etc.
