It looks bad, though, don't you think? I'm surprised you try to defend it. Fire and recall those with even the temptation to conflicts as egregious as that, getting well-paid to be on a board, with a spouse making policy. That's not fair to the citizens and investors who pay for these parasites. Now, had everything worked out ok, I'm sure we wouldn't be having this discussion, everything could go under rug and be juuuuuuust fine. But it didn't. It's time to cut the crap.
