Dude, your post is screwed up on so many levels. First of all, he didn't say it was necessarily a short, just starting a skeptical look at the company. Secondly, even if he had said it was a short, the fact that it is up today would not mean he was wrong. For instance, Mr. Pink called WEBX a short not long ago at 19, only to watch it soar straight up into the stratosphere, peaking at 37. But then it started dropping, down to 12 last I checked and likely to fall further. Anyhow, the point is you don't judge a short by what it does the next day; rather by its long term performance.
