It's probably only a 25% chance here, but don't forget the bearish scenario we discussed earlier. If this morning's low was a 'b' to go with yesterday and today's up, the possible 'a', then this is indeed impulsive, but it's only the 'c' before more down. This is *not* the way I am betting obviously.

Non-tech looks the best for up scenario.
