Actually this phase of the discussison started when David said anyone would have had to be an idiot not to have found OJ guilty. The simple truth is that a majority of the black people, and about 40% of the whites in LA didn't trust the police dept. It wasn't all that hard to convince them at that time, that the police had rigged part of the evidence, mainly the glove, and the blood stained socks. Today, 90% percent of the blacks might agree with you, but most wouldn't have then.
