Most definitely nice action in MRK today, ole timer. Kudos for sticking with it. I passed because I couldn't decipher the tape on it. But then, large caps usually are somewhat tougher for me to get a feel for. And sure was a heck of a late day blast off in the broad market. Beautifully coordinated 2 day crank job, pump job, spin job, to "massage" the markets. Let's see..... Add the cost of a pile of carefully timed futures & index option buys to the hammer job the "control tower" boys first did on gold.....and bet the total package cost tax payers a nice bundle. But what's a few billion here and there to make our Pres look economically successful while he's on the world stage, right?!<g> =============================================================================== On an entirely different topic: You know what? Iso's afraid to show his face on SA II. Heck, being pilloried by a few bashers is easy to deal with. Sometimes even fun to piss them off because I take it with a grain of salt, laugh and then put them on ignore. Drives em bonkers.<lol> But.......
