Why bother? You got your answer and it was NO. Bringing SI Jeff into this serves no purpose. He is arbitrary and inconsistent.

Don't bother SI Jeff about this. Nothing informally agreed to here would involve him anyhow, even if we had an agreement, which we don't and most likely won't. But if there were one, there would be at least half a dozen people here panting to examine every post of mine to see whether they could cry foul. They would become the self-appointed enforcers of any agreement, each would have their own interpretation of an agreement, and each would be rabid about complaining about every post of which even a single letter violated their interpretations of the agreement. You know this, I know this, and everybody else who understands what 's going on knows this. It would increase, not decrease, the amount of negative, assaultive, harassing posting here. Why would I ever agree to anything like that?
