Ray-
The Gov and the legislature are all Democratic majorities in California. The Gov can really do ANYTHING that he and the legislative leadership wants to do. There is nothing politically incorrect at this time. Perhaps, the political correctness is the result of all the corporate money that these public service maggots have accepted if I could apply a similar analogy from your comments.
