Not really, my "core stocks" have the lousy habit (which I like) to print new highs when the market goes down, and I always have few stocks which I am in the process of "accumulating" for a medium to long term play (like FSTW, HAUP and SEMI and now RDRT as well). 70% cash is typically as bearish as I get.

Rereading my post, I see the confusion, I miswrote, I should have written going from 50% cash to 70% cash (only 30% equity exposure) apologies.
