Thanks for the input on WBSN and NTAP, Bum.

I'm treating NTAP as strictly a short-term mission, will use your 3% rule. I wish the NASDAQ would hurry up and bottom-out.

I was reviewing the ARMS Index again. On Jan 29th, which represents day 8 following the ARMS 1.50 trigger, the Dow closed at 9618. The DOW hasn't closed lower since. Until proved otherwise, this 9618 close will have to represent "the" bottom.
The problem being, the ARMS Index > 1.5 is supposed to signal the launch of a new major bull run within 20 days. It has now been 23 days and there is no evidence yet that said bull run has made it out of the china shop.
