Thanks, Allan. You chart does line up nicely with a late March low, however, which makes sense to me.

FWIW: 17:48 ET IBM Chief sees tough year for tech (IBM) 99.31 -0.23: -- Update -- Reuters is reporting CEO/COO-elect Sam Palmisano, speaking during the final day of IBM's three-day meeting in San Francisco with companies that resell its products, said he expects 2002 to be a tough year for technology companies

One thing about that XMI/DOW wedge which I think many bears will have to accept is that they appear mainly as '4's and 'B's. That sure as hell ain't a '4' so the next low (presumably the 'C' bottom) needs to be bought.
