Invitation to all present on this thread -
investorshub.com

The code guy/president of iHub, Bob Z of Boogerville Kansas, has moved this board for us to the free part of their layout, so no subscription is required to post there, just a simple registration process ... to get rid of the adverts costs fifty bucks US for a lifetime membership [until 31 March] ... it's a quality setup and would make a great alternative for when SI is down for whatever reason, could develop in time into more than that also, imho ... truly a cadillac format, simple legible plain jane pages that load so fast it reminds you of early days with the Dryers ... try the search function, works great and has no date limitation

There was early in iHub days controversy over the post deletion ability of thread founders, well that's abated considerably now and in the case of that board i control it and am opposed to post deletion absent very very good reason, so if you put thought and effort into a post there it will not be wasted .... for now it is very general, everything to do with mining, producers juniors diamonds copper gold whatever, central meeting place on the way in for all minerals players ... Frank P is there, and has a Strictly: Drilling thread for the 'patch - investorshub.com

Stephen, that's pretty trickey how Black Hawk is swapping Repadre the royalty on el Limón for the one on Manantial Espejo, it'll be interesting to see which party ends up with the longer straw on that deal, bhk just delineates reserves two or three years ahead of production at elL, they could keep going that route for twenty years, or they could get skunked on next drill programme, who knows ... also ME - if silver runs it's hot stuff, if silver sleeps it's ho-hum boring ... i like bhk, intend to try trading into a house-money keeper position ... cheers

[edit] - i started up an ngt thread over there at new year's too - investorshub.com ... but no one came to visit yet ... also one for ybr and a couple outside of resources ... fill yer boots guys, place is quality and it's free

<BHK is the owner of the Manantial Espejo property in Argentina. SSRI is earning a 50% interest by spending $5 million US on exploration. That's about 5c Cdn per BHK share. >

A good move by BHK I think. They are selling for US$2M their 50% interest in Manantial. This will help clean the balance sheet amd they are selling away an asset that still needs much higher silver prices to become economic.

Now the next thing to watch are their operating costs which have been climbing in recent quarters. If they can come down or at least stabilize, BHK will be worth a very close look at the current price.
