Nope. No way that I can count the rise out of Sept lows as 1-3 with 4 happening now. Time scale is all wrong.

Bullish scenario would be that it was an 'A' rise and this is the 'B' down. That's the crowd that seens a rise to new highs as the VIX melts to 18. I am not in that crowd.

Like I said, I am long from yesterday's close and will let it ride as long as that entry holds, but I will key my strategy off that non-tech wedge I posted. Very simple.
