Seems to me the vast majority of anti-Hillary trash is coming out of the mouths of white Republican males who want to keep women "in their place" because their power base is threatened.

You demolib pinheads are such sexist bigots.....

Horsesh**. What era are we in, and when did you start paying attention?

Excuse me, but what about Geraldine Ferraro, Sandra Day O'Connor, Susan B. Anthony, Rosa Parks, Elizabeth Dole, Eleanor Roosevelt, Sally Ride, Mary Kay _____, and a host of women governors, legislators, Olympians, jet fighter pilots, business executives, civil rights leaders, doctors, lawyers, realtors, and myriad other female professionals that came before her?

Hillary Clinton raising the bar? You must think we're all on drugs. No, Hillary Clinton ought to be disbarred like her ex-partner in crime and husband Bill was.

Your extremist shift at the politburo is working overtime tonight. Somebody ought to put you in "check."

And don't try to pander to women and minorities by implying there's a "vast white male conspiracy" against Hillary. More and more people are seeing her true colors as time passes.

You probably shouldn't count on clinging to her coattails for your own continued credibility, because you might be in for a disappointment as women wake up to the detestible and non-values she represents.

With one caveat: Some women (and men) might want to listen to her for commodity futures trading advice.

Lynn Cheney, Barbara and Laura Bush are far more impressive women.

The women in the list above wouldn't dare have a husband that treated them with utter contempt. One who lied to them repeatedly, cheated on them, and chased 19 year old skirts around the Oval office. Hillary Clinton accepts a filanderer, probable rapist and sexual predator as a husband. Nothing could demonstrate her lack of character more than that.

Role model?? She's nothing but a doormat.

Following Hillary's lead, little girls could aspire to marrying a President, watching his back, chasing away bimbos long enough for him to stay in office so she could steal everything in the White House, and use the President's office to run for a carpet bagger senator from New York.

That ought to about sum it up...oh yes, and completely ignore the people of New York in their hour of need.

She was what she was a long time ago...In college she made them take down the American flag during the Viet Nam War..

Little girls follow her lead? Not so long as there is breath in me. I will fight her every step of the way.

That is absurd. Before Hillary, there were female Senators, Congressmen, and jurists, like Margaret Chase Smith, Shirley Chisolm (who was also black), Bella Abzug, and Sandra Day O'Connor. Geraldine Ferraro had already run on major party ticket for the Vice- presidency. There were women of accomplishment in all walks of life: doctors, lawyers, journalists, professors, CEOs, university presidents. Margaret Thatcher was universally admired among conservative males, and many would have supported Jeane Kirkpatrick for president had she chosen to run.

Hillary was mainly someone who rode her husband into the White House. Yes, she acted as an attorney when he was governor, but mainly as a "fixer" for corporations with business before the state (an interesting conflict of interest). Thus, arguably, her job was contingent on her husband being governor.

Dem-Enron scandal widens:

As congressional committees dig for evidence to tie Enron and Mr. Lay to the Bush administration, evidence of Mr. Lay's links to the Clinton administration are ample and well-documented.

Flap - there is something that causes foam-at-the-mouth response. It's used as a litmus test, I think.

IMO, she doesn't seem to be making much of a contribution or be much of a threat, but it's sure amazing watching the vendetta take time away from more important things.

Hate radio is a good example -- if you want to tie up a station for hours just call in with a rant about Hillary. It's like the Group W bench in Guthrie's song.

Cut the crap, flapquak. Gender is not the issue in case; far leftwingish politics is. And you know it.

Nancy Reagan was rumored to be pretty influential too, remember? How much screaming from the right did you hear then?

And read some of the other responses to that idiotic post of yours and think about the women mentioned in them.

Come to think of it, I can't remember any RW criticism of Margaret Thatcher either.

If you had brains, you's take them out and play with them.
