By hunches I mean all of the information that your brain has gathered and the perception of it's possible outcome. Being one or more, if possible, steps ahead of the players in the game. Some of the players as you know have tons of money that is not theirs...
This game is like a no-limit poker game IMHO. I have played poker, (much younger days) against guys who raised into your kings over on board, and as it turned out , didn't even see them. ho ho ho
The bears now have at least Kings over, but today,, ho ho ho

trading, and investing, is all about calculated risk. so the term, "play your hunches" is rather appropriate in the hands of a skilled participant.

i hold no pretenses about what i do...i am a gambler. anyone who puts money in the capital markets is a gambler, no matter the timeframe.

i am a bear philosophically, no question. however, i have made most of my money on the long side for the last 5 weeks. this is because shorts are nervous and predictable.
