Biotech stock picking portfolio, down 15% ytd.

Valentis is the worst performing pick, I did not
lose any money on vlts this year, and do not own
it anymore. It looks like a perfectly good trading
vehicle if a person is happy with 1 3/4 to 2 1/4,
and return.

I sold half my SNAP at higher levels, still own
a few thousand shares...it has not done too much
these past couple years, and I've not checked to
see what is going on with the MDS Panlabs lawsuit.
For that matter, I saw an article on Festo in
Nature Biotechnology...for all I know, all these
biotech lawsuits are in stasis til Festo (?).

Recently I have dabbled in Elan, traded mainly,
and done not too much harm.

I also own some vgnx, rigl, lsbc, and orch now,
small positions on those last two, and just added
them today.

Amazingly, I have scored a few good trades on
some Genset recently, and still maintain a
decent position (that is out of the money til
the shares return to $10 someday :-(

That is all for now, 80% cash.
