I feel so bad for you! I remember how excited and proud you were of that house when you started building it. I used to refer to it as your DREAM HOUSE! I am a very difficult person to work for....as my brother once put it, "Jesus, Bob, your not building a space shuttle! Lighten up!!!". I would tell him "Anybody that is willing to pay me deserves the best work I can do.". I hope you sue this SOB until you get the gold ot of his teeth!

Annette; Jawin' about this ain't gonna do nothing! Shootie's right... GET THE HELL OUT OF THE HOUSE! The problem has been identified, so it shouldn't be too difficult to find knowledgeable people to testify in your behalf... SUE THE BASTARD! Don't only sue him for not building the house properly, but for the health problems and the stress that goes along with them that you are enduring BECAUSE of the house he built. Even if it was YOU that wanted the vapor barrier, it was his responsibility to tell you the health risks and make you sign a waiver to release him from responsibility. I the mean time, GET THE HELL OUT OF THE HOUSE!!!! You,re in an environment that could end up being fatal. JMO to a friend! Bob
