I'm not really sure myself. it's something that can be found on the cheifs thread. I believe it is derived from the dow.

I evaluated the dow CLX by working out values since 98. It's pretty involved having 31 worksheets to get the answer. 1 worksheet containing daily values for each Dow component and 1 with the results. eSignal's worksheet auto update features made it a lot easier than it might otherwise have been. I would share the result's with Da_Cheif's thread but he banned me. I am getting quite a laugh watching them trying to make a spreadsheet between them, let alone upload it to a server.
