1) I don't know you. 2) Not sure where you're living, but if you bought a median house, those prices are long gone in many areas like NYC, Bay Area, San Diego, Boston,...unless you're settling for crap.

In those 3 years, prices are up 50-100%.

There are some banks in Chicagoland who would not give a mortgage unless you put 1/3 down. The loans are in-house.
