Enron's new chief executive officer said there's a good chance one or more people could face jail time as the criminal probe of Enron and its partnerships unfolds.

"I think it's going to be difficult to not hold one or more people accountable," said Stephen Cooper, a bankruptcy workout specialist who replaced Enron founder Kenneth Lay last month.

Meanwhile, Enron's long-time auditor Arthur Andersen LLP is considering a $260-million settlement of a class-action lawsuit filed by Enron shareholders, according to USA Today.

The reason that they are the Axis of Evil is that for a long time they have been named as the chief threats to world peace, as rogue nations who are seeking weapons of mass destruction and improved delivery systems, and have clearly aggressive aspirations......

Your understanding of the impact of the "axis of evil" pronouncement is juvenile. It is simply a step in the crystallization of the issues.
