Re: sometimes i wonder if bush is a relatively naive man surrounded by a load of vipers.

Naive?! Oh man, it's worse than that --Bush is honest. And honesty is a cardinal sin for the White House's tenant.... There's, to be sure, an ominous buildup going on:

#1 Enrongate's fallout: the Judeofascist lobby could well lose its highest point man within the Administration, namely Cheney... But even worse, it would turn "dovish" (read non-Judeofascist) Colin Powell into co-CEO of America --who else could rival Powell's clout and credentials? Though there might be something positive for the Judeofascist clique here: if Powell got kicked upstairs in the Naval Office, they'll likely pull their own creature through to the State Secr. post. However, it's not a done deal....

#2 The impending House & Senate Commission set up to investigate the failures within US intelligence which made 911 possible. There're certainly a few career spooks who feel pretty uneasy about it.... As often in that kind of sweeping shakedowns, other, unexpected skeletons get exposed, leading to the possible wrecking of the whole intelligence fabric. After all, compared to 911, the Bay of Pigs fiasco was a (spoiled) picnic --only a few Cubans and Cuban-American agents were lost. Yet, that was enough for Prez Kennedy to "streamline" the CIA...

#3 Despite all the media hype about the "Axis of Evil" and bombing Iraq and whatnot, the truth is that Prez Bush isn't gung-ho about waging a full-scale war in the Middle East --just like JFK didn't want to ramp up the US engagement in Vietnam. Now, if the Judeofascists could put Cheney behind the wheel, they'd kill two birds with one stone: they'd kick-start the "US vs Arabs" polarization AND, through their Bilderberg subsidiary, they'd get those silly Euros back on board! Because any US war against a major Arab country like Iraq can't be fought by the US alone. That way, NATO is revived and the Transatlantic alliance gets a new life --game ball!
