And most any RISC. Somehow I doubt if he would endorse VLIW as his ideal...

By the way - how OLD was that presentation?

McGrath used the term Lightning Transport and mentioned RAMBUS memory as possible memory for the Sludge - as well as HIGH VILUME SMAPLINGin H1 02.

My guess is that presentation was 9 months old - or more.
