Radio Shack see wireless as the next big thing as PC's decline. They devoted a entire section of the conf call to wireless. Many facits for them. See Sprint going nationwide 3G during Q2, 2002 and Verizon completing 3G conversion in Q3, 2002. See a real opportunity in innovative 3G devices. See 10% (base plan w/ every chance to exceed this) plus likely more growth in wireless sales w/ financial model based on 10% but feel it is conservative depending on pace of innovation in wireless. Have a broadband connection to each store that allows them to activate a cell phone in 10 minutes rather than the 45 minutes taken previously--thus freeing up EE time and keeping customers happy. Started last year with 1/3 wireless accessory per phone. Say avg is (industry or theirs???) is 2 accessories per phone -- Q4, 2001 had 27% growth in wireless accessories. Will provide accessories for the entire industry and not just the products they sell.

PC's, which were down apx 49% last year will br remolded to occupy lower SKU's and floor space.
