I think you miss the keyword in the original phrase.
It says "PLANNED to be available". My reading of it
is that all this is just paper architecture
and maybe completed RTL. Expect 2+ years before
seeing motherboards. Sorry.

I did. Here is her reply.

"The AMD-8000 chipset will be available to infrastructure manufacturers. Whether or not they will be in machines available for sale in the fourth quarter will depend on PC manufacturers' product introduction timelines."
