for some reason my charts only started the MA data on the S&P around 1972, so 1974 is the first time I can access.
Sorry. Anyway, 1974 Bear is almost identical to our current Bear. It was a 21 Month Bear Market and we are in the 22nd Month of this Bear so far. Until the Sept Low goes, I am
in the camp that Sept. was the low. I think we are in the
B of an ABC up (targets not known yet because it could be
.618%, .786% or even a flat which could test the lows of Sept). We shall soon see. Nap time. See ya later......................

John: thanks, would you say we either get a FINAL bottom soon (below 945 on SPX) OR have a multi-year bear given the current SPX monthly crossover of 20ma and 50ma?
