Quite the opposite. Rubin could do their bidding better at Citibank. Bush gave him nothing while Clinton gave him illegal waivers of SEC regs.

There is no substantiation for what you have alleged. Presumably that is why you say, parenthetically, "in secret". I could just as easily say that it stands to reason the a fellow who trashes the Administration all the time is a paid agent of Iraq, but that would be overly- speculative, and I would never venture to do so.........
