There is no substantiation for what you have alleged. Presumably that is why you say, parenthetically, "in secret". I could just as easily say that it stands to reason the a fellow who trashes the Administration all the time is a paid agent of Iraq, but that would be overly- speculative, and I would never venture to do so.........
