Come on. Follow the money .... perps indeed Perpetration requires lots of cash, which comes from the US petrodollars, foreign aid and black ops and flows back in the form of bombs in our buildings. Kind of an ugly cycle. It takes direction, also. And training from the best in the world. I'll let you guess who that is.
