This has been gone over ad infinitem. Not only do we have domestic sources, we have happy allies who don't bomb our buildings, who would love to sell us oil. That doesn't even begin to address conservation, like California saving 17% in electric usage without skipping a productivity beat, hybrid auto and hydrogen, blah blah blah. We don't need to suck up to Saudis, who provide 10% of our oil, and 90% of our terrorism, plus goodly sums of corruption cash. That's just not a good enough ratio.
