It however, has not much relationship to the actual reality. Adi Da in person is a tremendously vulnerable, humble being. However, he is definitely critical of present-day "civilization". I suppose you experience that criticism as if directed at you. To some degree it is directed at anybody who is living less than love at all times, which includes just about everybody, including me. However, he does not just criticize, he also suggests what should be the case. "Would Adi Da ever consider to stoop as low as sharing with us on this thread??" Your phrase above is a dismissive comment, coming from your own conception of things. And the suggestion of sharing with the thread is in the context of something already shared with the thread! Adi Da is not a public figure, in the sense of somebody who gives speeches before audiences, chats on the Internet, and so on. Over approximately 30 years he has been available on a virtually 24 hour a day basis to his devotees, and anyone can become a devoteee if they are interested. The process is very straightforward. You read some books, listen to audio tapes, watch video tapes, talk with devotees etc, during which time you find out if you are INTERESTED. If you are seriously interested, you become his devotee. If you are more casually interested, you read some things from time to time and take out of them whatever makes sense to you. If you are not interested at all, your pursue whatever path interests you more. So that's the general process. So in the meantime you are stuck with me! <<<ggg>>> Namaste! Jim
